1. Digital Products
All digital products, including e-books, templates, and downloadable content, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable due to their immediate accessibility upon purchase.

2. Online Courses & Memberships
If you want to purchase a course, you will be redirected to our e-learning platform, where the platform’s refund and access policies apply. Please refer to the platform’s for details.
In general, all course purchases are final, and refunds are not available once access has been granted. If you believe you purchased a course by mistake, please contact [email protected] within 24 hours of purchase. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis, provided the course has not been accessed.
3. Services (Consultations, Coaching, and Custom Work)
For one-on-one services such as consultations, coaching, or custom formulation services:
- Cancellations at least 48 hours before the scheduled service are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled service may receive a partial refund or be rescheduled, at our discretion.
- Missed appointments without prior notice are non-refundable.
